Emplify Health is seeking a Supervisor, End User Computing (EUC) to deliver advanced technical support to end users while providing day-to-day leadership for our Desktop Services team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership and operational coordination.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The EUC Supervisor oversees a team of approximately 10–15 IT professionals, leading daily agile team huddles and providing regular status updates to senior leadership. This position serves as a key liaison for end-user device–related projects, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.

The Supervisor also helps drive ticket resolution by expediting issues, removing roadblocks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and foster strong working relationships. In addition, this role provides end-user support for approved hardware and software configurations, maintains desktop-level PC hardware and software, and ensures adherence to customer support standards and procedures.

Staying current with emerging technology trends is essential, as the EUC Supervisor identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, enhanced tools, and evolving best practices.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days; typically 8:00am-5:00pm, with willingness to work outside of standards hours as needed based on business needs.

  • Location: Onsite - La Crosse, WI Main Campus

  • Starting salary $70,000 and up based on your relevant years of experience.

     

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Associate’s degree required or equivalent years of experience and education.

  • Experience: Four years of relevant IT experience

  • 2+ years of prior supervisory experience, preferred

  • License and Certifications: Valid Driver's License, Required

  • Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement

  • Experience with hardware, software configurations, remote support tools, service desk platforms, and ticketing workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of: Windows operating systems, endpoint management, and device lifecycle management​.
