Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions and approvals.

In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
The Manager, End-to-End Planning, Spine will be responsible for driving disciplined planning execution, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and new product launch readiness to deliver service, growth, and operational performance for the Spine portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity within an important Orthopaedics business to influence global supply chain decisions, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regional Supply Chain, and Product Management. The leader in this role will help improve supply reliability, inventory health, new product introduction (NPI) readiness, scenario planning, and executive decision-making across the Spine portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, this position will manage the end-to-end planning strategy and execution for the Spine product portfolio.
- Manage and collaborate across demand, supply, inventory, service, capacity, and supply risk to deliver financial and service goals.
- Govern planning methods, parameters, segmentation, tolerances, alerts, escalation thresholds, and critical decision processes across the global planning network.
- Drive inventory strategy, replenishment approach, decoupling points, safety stock, lead times, and other planning parameters.
- Lead exception-based and scenario-based planning to resolve demand, supply, inventory, and capacity imbalances while balancing customer service, cost, risk, and inventory exposure.
