What is the role?

Senior Manager, Partner Operations

ThoughtSpot is growing and seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will drive the overall Channel operations strategy, processes, and daily functions to aid in the improvement of our partner programs and relationships. You will work with multiple cross-functional teams to continue and improve the overall channel experience internally and externally. This is a hands-on role to help scale our Channel operations and processes.

What you'll do:

• Align Channel go-to-market priorities and support day-to-day business requirements
• Participate in go-to-market planning and identify opportunities for business growth
• Support the development of new programs and drive implementation
• Support overall channel operations including systems and processes used for regular channel business
• Support sales segments by identifying and supporting strategic initiatives
• Work with the channel sales teams to help drive internal and partner adoption of new programs
• Identify and evaluate new tools, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value
• Leverage domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, channel operations, and/or strategic roles for high growth SaaS companies
• Ability to organize and interpret data and to package in a way that helps to identify themes, trends, and analysis
• Strong quantitative skills and highly data fluent – you are able to develop and communicate penetrating insights that inform how we organize and scale our revenue teams
• Ability to create structure, design effective processes, and prioritize
• Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing company
• A collaborative spirit with a dedication to helping out as part of the team
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence and work cross functionally with C-level executives
• Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements
• Customer obsessed and operate with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred
