Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior People Partner - Lead to join our  team as a maternity cover to 2 years. 

As a key member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and expert guidance on people related matters, including employment law, employee relations, engagement and talent development and drive the people agenda for this client group.
  • Lead HR initiatives on diverse topics including organizational growth ensuring effective collaboration with leadership and employees through the change process.
  • Develop HR-related policies and ensure compliance with regulations across the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understanding the business needs and translating them into a strategic people agenda
  • Through thoughtful coaching and partnership, you will empower leaders to effectively address people challenges and drive organizational success.
  • Together with senior leadership  you will design employee engagement strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee satisfaction and coach them during the implementation.
  • Lead and inspire the EMEA HR Business Partnering team —setting clear priorities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring local solutions stay firmly aligned with the global people strategy.
  • Spearhead cross-EMEA HR transformation projects, harnessing process automation and generative-AI tools to streamline workflows, elevate the employee experience, and deliver predictive, data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business needs and objectives
  • Mentor and upskill HR colleagues and line managers across EMEA on complex employee-relations issues—building capability, ensuring consistent best practice, and acting as the go-to expert for sensitive cases.
  • Drive high-impact, global projects—coordinating stakeholders, standardising policies, and delivering measurable improvements in culture, compliance, and employee experience.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership role in the European region with multi-country responsibility.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering with a deep understanding of Employee relations, HR operations, compensation, benefits, and  expertise of developing people plans for multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of  labor laws and regulations in a number of countries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading HR initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in  English is required.
