Already bringing faster and safer food delivery to the suburban populations of cities in Europe and in the US. We have designed and built our own aviation-grade drones to deliver food directly from restaurants and centralised kitchens to consumers’ homes. 

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Commercial Operator to join our team. This role is a mixed position that encompasses various responsibilities, ranging from Barista duties to collaborating with vendors and ensuring the delivery of top-notch coffee & food offerings to our valued customers. 

As a Commercial Operator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive environment actively engaging with our vendors to optimise the delivery service at Manna  

Key Responsibilities: 

Barista Excellence: 

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency. 
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area. 

Food Preparation: 

• Handle food items, including preparation, assembly, and presentation. 
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality and safety of the food served. 
• Collaborate with the Vendors to ensure a seamless workflow between our vendors and commercial operations. 
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels for both coffee and food supplies. 
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a clean and organized workspace. 
• Ensuring product is suitable (packaging, weight, volume) for drone delivery. 

Vendor Offerings  

• Act as a liaison between our establishment and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliveries. 
• Provide feedback to vendors for continuous improvement in product offerings where appropriate  

Customer Service: 

• Engage with customer service team where required on order status etc, keeping them updated on delays, order changes, menu updates etc.

 Experience 

• Experience as a barista and in food preparation desirable  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Energetic, resilient, and can-do attitude. 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
