Nokia, through Cloud and Network Services Enterprise Campus Edge, to become the premier provider of private wireless and industrial automation solutions for enterprise and government customers. Enterprise Campus Edge Solutions’ business lines are serving two distinct architectures including financial accountability. Business Unit functions are set up for business-driven decision-making, market support and cloud-based deployment models.
In CNS Enterprise Campus Edge Solutions Commercial Operations, we provide a diverse set of enablers to the Business Unit ranging from Commercial Management and Business Modelling to a full Business Platform creation and distinct Supply Chain capabilities. Commercial Contract Managers globally support ECE legal and contractual needs across the different areas and different business process, including our relationship with Customers, Partners, and Vendors. This is a fixed term position for 28.10.2024-30.6.2025.
Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
- Be end-to-end responsible for customer contracts for Nokia’s Campus Business
- Be drafting and negotiating customer contracts in close collaboration with Nokia’s other business stakeholders and under supervision from Nokia Legal and Compliance
- Be responsible for ensuring that Nokia’s internal approval process for contract is adhered
- Run necessary signing/execution processes for each contract and ensure that the applicable contract is appropriately filed into Nokia’s contract lifecycle management system.
You have:
- Graduated LL.M or equivalent
- Practical work experience (for example, drafting and negotiating legal documents)
- Very good English language skills, both verbal and in writing
- Exceptional team-work skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Good knowledge on customer contracting
- Previous experience working on customer interface
- Finnish language skills, both verbal and in writing
