Job Description

Serves as a computer technology expert for an ETF functional application to assist with development and ongoing support.  As a new product owner, contributes to project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation, documentation, and monitoring of new or revised functionality.  Compiles and analyzes system data to support solutioning of current issues and development needs.   Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with client needs.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience

  • Logical Systems Thinking: Applies structured logic to understand and navigate complex workflows; recognizes that while the work may not be hard, clarity and consistency are key.
  • Data Confidence: Unafraid to work with large volumes of data; comfortable navigating extensive Excel spreadsheets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; programming experience (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL) is a strong advantage.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives in dynamic settings where priorities shift and quick thinking is essential.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management, organization and analytical skills; use of project management techniques and testing processes, and supervises their use

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of three (3) or more days per week.
