Position Highlights:
- Guest Services Representative II - NCH Wellness Center
- Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL
- Hourly, Day shift
- Monday and Wednesday (4:45am-8:00am)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed
What you will need:
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
- The level of knowledge normally acquired through three years of experience in customer service or related position.
- Relevant knowledge of the fitness industry.
- CPR/AED (AHA/BLS) Certification within 3 months of hire required
General Summary:
Reporting to the assigned coordinator or manager, enhances customer service by providing a variety of service initiatives including taking appointments, processing payment, answering member inquiries and assisting with a variety of member or guest related issues.
