Position Summary:

The National Facilities Manager will manage multiple building operations and maintenance for Benco's portfolio of buildings. This role coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Additionally, the role is responsible for a fleet of 300+ vehicles and will manage a wide variety of tasks related to the operation, maintenance and repair of enterprise-wide fleet vehicles. Areas of responsibility include: general fleet program management, fuel card system management, GPS tracking system management, fleet service and maintenance management, safe driver initiatives, fleet vehicle incident and accident reporting, and policy & procedure compliance.

• Responsible for facilities inspections and reports, including all infrastructure for Benco’s multiple DC’s

• Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.

• Manages capital projects as well as prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports

• Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order procedures

• Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy

• Responsible for developing and maintaining Benco’s site security process and procedures

• Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Provides leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, improved business practices, and attracts and retains superior talent. Continually recruit, train, and develop a first-class team.

• Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime

• Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff

• Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values

• Manage day to day fleet operations
