Position Summary:
The National Facilities Manager will manage multiple building operations and maintenance for Benco's portfolio of buildings. This role coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Additionally, the role is responsible for a fleet of 300+ vehicles and will manage a wide variety of tasks related to the operation, maintenance and repair of enterprise-wide fleet vehicles. Areas of responsibility include: general fleet program management, fuel card system management, GPS tracking system management, fleet service and maintenance management, safe driver initiatives, fleet vehicle incident and accident reporting, and policy & procedure compliance.

- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system. Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
- Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

Responsible for facilities inspections and reports, including all infrastructure for Benco’s multiple DC’s

Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.

Manages capital projects as well as prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports

Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order procedures

Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy

Responsible for developing and maintaining Benco’s site security process and procedures
