Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Vendor Management Analyst to join our Client Success Vendor Management team. You will play a critical role in managing our vendor health, quality and performance apart from supporting the team with data related requests and process documentation. An outline of tasks, but not limited to,  associated with this role are below:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions to optimise service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within vendor management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain an operational handbook to make sure all our vendor related processes are kept up to date while being in synch with other internal key stakeholders such as risk or compliance
• Support daily operations including vendor requests on varied topics
• Acts as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders - onsite support at vendors when needed
• Quality control: Support the vendor performance manager on Quality initiatives
• You track, evaluate and report vendor performance and are participating in regular vendor performance reviews next to supporting the team with data requests and reporting
• You share proactive performance feedback and identify improvement areas
• You establish a feedback loop between Scalable Capital In-House teams and Vendors
• You identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures
• You contribute to the culture of the team to create an innovative and collaborative environment
• You contribute to sustaining and long standing relationship with the Client Success vendor network

Qualifications

• You successfully completed a Bachelor's or equivalent (degree) working experience
• You have a background in data analysis, qualitative and quantitative, preferably in financial services within the CS domain. 
• You gained a minimum of 1 years of experience in, vendor management, or a related role in a regulated financial environment
• You have strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
• You possess good written and spoken communication skills in English and Native or Near Native German. Additional languages are a plus
• You feel comfortable communicating and collaborating with external stakeholders of all levels
• You are comfortable analysing data, building reports and presenting outputs alongside insights and recommendations
• You have basic knowledge of CS functional tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce Etc. 
• You already gained knowledge of digital products and their lifecycle, ideally with a spin towards finance and investing
