The role is responsible for redesigning ways of working, updating contractual frameworks, defining and implementing performance KPIs, and establishing robust governance and change control processes. The objective is to restore clear visibility of vendor performance, contractual obligations, and actual cost drivers while ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead the end-to-end transformation of vendor management processes, frameworks, and governance models.</li> <li>Review and update vendor contracts to ensure alignment with business requirements, performance expectations, and commercial objectives.</li> <li>Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics to drive vendor accountability and performance improvement.</li> <li>Establish effective governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and change control processes to enhance transparency and decision-making.</li> <li>Develop and maintain clear visibility of vendor performance, contract compliance, and actual cost realization.</li> <li>Identify and address gaps, risks, and inefficiencies within existing vendor management arrangements.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Influence senior stakeholders and vendor partners to achieve desired outcomes and sustainable improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure integrated delivery and consistent governance.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></p> <ul data-spread="
