The objective is to support strategic customers and large transformation initiatives by:</span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Creating and evaluating new business scenarios for our customers</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Assessing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and deriving customer value</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Developing and realizing business and IT strategies within the Discrete Industry</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Jointly defining architectures and derive roadmaps for the future IT landscape based on the latest SAP product &amp; innovation portfolio</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Working closely together with SAP product development to provide input for future SAP products</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span> <br/> <b>A management consultant at SAP:</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Acts as trusted advisor for the customer senior management level to align transformational initiatives with SAP’s roadmap and solution portfolio</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Coaches and guides customers around an SAP centric Enterprise Architecture – encompassing on premise and cloud layers</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Initiates and drives SAP co- innovation initiatives from the top level</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b> <br/> YOUR PROFILE </b><br/>  </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Several years of experience in consulting, product management or business development roles</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Understanding of IT trends in combination with a broad knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact on business strategies</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Familiarity with SAP’s solution portfolio for the Discrete Industry (e.g. S/4HANA with Automotive or IM&amp;C scenarios and the related cloud products) </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent English and German Language skills at certificate level C</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b> <br/> ABOUT THE TEAM </b><br/>  <br/> We ensure a supportive onboarding including a content driven buddy system and mentoring.
