Want to use your leadership and financial skills to help the company deliver on their key strategic goals and initiatives? The Director, Finance, Walmart eCommerce is a critical thought leadership role that works across cross functionally to understand, analyze, guide, and transform the eCommerce business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance – eCommerce Strategy & Transformation, you’ll lead analysis and insights to understand the performance and growth of key pieces of the eCommerce business, partnering directly with business teams to ensure strategic goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing the business, influencing through data and analytics, and connecting the dots across key eCommerce teams and initiatives.
What you'll do...
- Partner directly with business leaders to develop and refine key eCommerce strategic initiatives, including financial support and business case analysis
- Produce compelling insights into business expectations as plans are developed, strategic direction is discussed, and financial advice to executive leaders is required to enable decision making
- Foster relationships throughout the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clear communications, and effective project management
- Drive the company and eCommerce strategies forward with excellence, delivering high-quality presentations at all levels, and encouraging personal and team development
- Present to Senior Leadership strategic financial plans, impacts of proposed initiatives, and monthly financial results across key business units
- Advise the eCommerce business on making efficient decisions, considering both costs and benefits
- Leverage tools and complex data sets to drive insights across the business
- Develop Talent and Leadership to attract and build an accomplished workforce, while promoting a positive environment for team members to grow
