Impact you will make
The FinThrive Value Services group is responsible for delivering exceptional customer onboarding outcomes and supports optimized adoption of our solutions. They advise and guide customers, ensuring each customer launches our products successfully, adopts it widely, and optimizes the value through the customer onboarding journey. The Team Lead, Advisory Services will guide a team of advisors focused on helping customers optimize their use of our solutions and achieve measurable outcomes. This role will support the development and execution of advisory engagement models and ensure the team delivers high-impact, value-driven services. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer success.

What you will do
• Support team of advisors focused on helping customers optimize utilization and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Define and evolve advisory engagement model to align with customer goals and business value.
• Provide mentorship to fellow advisors, focusing on best-practice guidance, customer advocacy, and solution optimization.
• Assume an active leadership role in the development, implementation, and execution of processes and procedures
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and guide them toward best practices and strategic outcomes.
• Monitor and report on advisory impact using defined KPIs and customer success metrics (i.e. time-to-value).
• Assume advisory role for high complexity customer projects and exexcute Value Services engagement model.
• Conduct customer interviews, ‘chair-side’ observations and meetings to understand current state billing/EHR systems, operational processes, and workflows
• Monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure customer performance as well as prepare, analyze, and present data to inform stakeholders on financial, productivity, and customer satisfaction opportunities
• Collaborate with revenue cycle departments, including but not limited to Patient Access, HIM, Billing, Collections, and various other health system revenue cycle departments, to improve operational efficiency, documentation, system workflows, and cash flow

What you will bring
• 7+ years of experience in professional services, and/or healthcare consulting.
• Direct knowledge of FinThrive products and advisory services.
• Experience leading strategic customer engagements focused on value realization and outcomes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates expertise in consultative core competencies such as change mangement, facilitation, etc. to successfully lead engagements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change priorities quickly
• Occasional travel may be required: Up to 10%

What we would like to see
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital adoption platforms, or customer education tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategy and measure impact.
• Experience in change management or consulting is a plus.
• Strategic thinker and industry thought leader with deep Revenue Cycle expertise and industry relationships
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills - ability to lead C-suite meetings and execute effective communication plans
