Warehouse Worker - Citizens Bank Park - Team Store

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of retail merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality of items such as jerseys, hats, and memorabilia.
• Stock Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean, orderly manner, ensuring items are easily accessible for distribution to retail locations within the ballpark.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and deliver merchandise to various retail stands and stores throughout Citizens Bank Park, meeting deadlines tied to game days and special events.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, golf carts, or forklifts (if certified) to move merchandise as needed.
• Quality Control: Check for damaged or defective items and report issues to supervisors to maintain high-quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with retail staff, supervisors, and event teams to ensure merchandise availability aligns with game schedules and promotional events.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a safe and tidy warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations within the ballpark facility.
• Customer Support (Indirect): Contribute to a seamless fan experience by ensuring retail locations are well-stocked with merchandise.

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker’s main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards.

Education

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail operations preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, climb ladders and steps, walk long distances, and navigate the warehouse and ballpark environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints, especially during game days.
• Technology Skills: Strong basic computer and technology skills, including familiarity with inventory management software, handheld scanners, or other warehouse-related tools.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the Phillies’ home game schedule and special events at Citizens Bank Park.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, sports-focused environment; Phillies fandom is a plus!
