As someone who enjoys taking initiative and contributing to both individual and team success, you align with our vision for positive change.</p> <p> </p> <p>The location for the position is in Rubbestadneset, Norway.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your work will focus on these responsibilities: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform tasks relative to our portfolio of products for projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Create and/or approve technical solutions and ensure they are applied in new design</li> <li>Participate in planning for project deliveries and scope</li> <li>Report project status and results</li> <li>Develop and maintain instructions, guidelines, and related databases</li> <li>Support colleagues and internal partners in decision-making</li> <li>Ensure designs adhere to respective rules and regulations</li> <li>Provide advanced technical expertise within Wärtsilä</li> <li>Represent Wärtsilä in technology / R&amp;D forums</li> </ul> <p> <br/> To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
