Job Location Norden Range Apartments - Oconomowoc, WIPosition Type Full TimeSalary Range $30.00 - $34.00 HourlyJob Shift DayMandel is looking for a top-notch Community Manager to join our team at our, Norden Range in Oconomowoc, WI.
This dedicated and bright professional will oversee Norden Range, a 270-unit apartment community located in lake country. They will work closely with the regional manager, accounting department, HR, development and others within Mandel to successfully manage the community and act as the onsite business leader. Due to the responsibility and business needs, Mandel prefers a community manager with prior experience working on a lease-up.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Strong focus on leasing. As this is a lease up the number of leases needed to achieve success is of the utmost importance.
- Foster and develop an excellent team, including a focus on recruiting top talent, training for success, and motivating your team to be the best they can be;
- Strive to continuously meet or exceed resident satisfaction;
- Take the lead to manage operations of the apartment community, including expense control, maximize rental income, marketing plans, monitor physical aspects of the building, and coordinating resident move-ins / move-outs in accordance to company and regulatory policies and procedures;
- Be an example of expectations for others;
- Develop and manage creative programs to increase the property value and to offer services to residents;
- Generate reports and keep communication open with regional manager to address any concerns or issues right away.
What we’re looking for:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager (ARM/CAM designation helpful but not required);
- You’re an organized person who’s great with prioritization and communication;
- You excel at providing superb customer service, both to internal and external customers;
- You’re able to work a flexible schedule to ensure the smooth running of the property and attend community functions during the lease-up
- You love numbers and have knowledge of basic financial reporting / accounting methods;
- Working in a fast-paced environment excites you and you find success in meeting deadlines and overcoming challenges.
In summary, a successful Manager will exhibit strong organizational skills, excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our lease-up, Hackney House.
