Competitive Pay

• $40-$85 per class
• $20 per hour for client management, events, and training
• Annual earning potential: $51,000 - $72,000 (includes incentives)

What You’ll Do:Lead and Develop Your Coaching Team

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate fitness professionals.
• Conduct evaluations, provide ongoing education, and foster a positive team culture.

Deliver High-Quality Workouts

• Coach 8-12 Orangetheory classes per week with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ensure safe, science-backed, and engaging workouts for all fitness levels.
• Utilize the OTBeat heart rate monitoring system to help members track progress.

Drive Studio Success & Community Engagement

• Partner with the Studio Manager to increase membership sales and retention.
• Implement community outreach efforts and represent OTF at local events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the OTF brand and mission.

Oversee Studio Operations

• Manage class schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the Regional Fitness Director for continued growth and development.
• Support member engagement and retention efforts through strategic initiatives.
