We’re on the hunt for a strategic and results-driven Head of Bizdev to lead and grow our payment infrastructure! If you know the ins and outs of payment providers, love solving conversion puzzles, and thrive in fast-moving industries like iGaming, crypto, or fintech—this is your opportunity to own it! 💳⚡

Main tasks:

🔥 Search for PSP providers (CIS market, India), discussion of cooperation terms (understanding of commercial terms and their agreement, signing the contract, understanding which points and conditions need to be paid attention to: additional %, turnover)

🛠 Conducting the compliance process

🛠 Conducting the process of preparation of necessary documentation for PSP integration

🛠 Understanding the market of payment systems, knowledge of current PSP providers, reputation of payment partners

🛠 Analysis of competitors

🛠 Management of existing partners

🛠 Control of the conversion of the work of PSP providers

🛠 Solving issues in the process of maintaining PSP providers

What we expect from you:

💎 Work experience of 2 years or more in forex, gambling, crypto or fintech

✔️ Ability to negotiate, analyze the market

✔️ Understanding the legal process of compliance

✔️ EXPERIENCE of effective search channels for PSP providers - MUST

✔️ Experience working with quarterbacks, understanding the rebounding process

✔️ Regular attendance at conferences

✔️ Experience setting up processing for brands "from scratch"

✔️ Activity, sociability, readiness to work with large volumes of data

✔️ Mandatory knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian languages
