That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.</p></div><p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>ALO is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Asset Protection to lead a modern, scalable approach to protecting our people, product, brand, and retail experience across a rapidly growing global footprint.</p> <p>This role will build and scale a next-generation asset protection function that combines operational leadership, technology, data intelligence, strong partnerships, and brand-aligned execution to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support growth. The Director will partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions while intentionally moving beyond traditional asset protection models.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><em>Strategy, Technology and Operational Excellence</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute a forward-looking asset protection strategy across all locations</li> <li>Implement and optimize systems including CCTV, EAS/RFID, access control, and analytics platforms</li> <li>Integrate emerging capabilities such as video analytics, predictive alerting, and automated reporting</li> <li>Ensure systems are scalable globally while configurable for local market needs</li> <li>Partner with IT and Operations to drive system integration, reliability, and adoption</li> <li>Develop consistent standards, playbooks, and operating practices that support field execution, accountability, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Global Security Operations and Response</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and implementation of a third-party Global Security Operations Center</li> <li>Establish performance standards, SLAs, and KPIs for all external partners</li> <li>Enable 24/7 monitoring supported by effective alerting, triage, and escalation practices</li> <li>Align GSOC capabilities with crisis management and business continuity needs</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through performance management and audits</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Risk, Intelligence and Investigations</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Build a centralized risk, data, and analytics framework to deliver actio
