Service Provider Manager – Elements Massage (Meridian & Bown Crossing)

At Elements Massage, we’re looking for someone experienced in the spa industry who’s ready to shift from primarily hands-on work into a leadership role focused on coaching, culture, and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and support massage and stretch therapists 
• Help build a positive culture of performance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Lead by example in service standards and professionalism
• Support daily operations, team engagement, and studio initiatives
• Be a go-to for team support, communication, and problem-solving

What You’ll Get

• $20/hr (admin) | Hands on Pay TBD 
• ~20 hours per week to start (with growth potential)
