This position with Advanced Structures Propeller Systems is for an experienced management professional with deep knowledge and experience in Military/Commercial new spares supply support Programs. The individual will act as a single-point accountability Program Manager for Props Military Spares Programs to ensure timely delivery of products to customers as well as furnish day-to-day guidance to a cross functional team in support of those efforts.
On-Site:
- Role is on-site at our Windsor Locks facility.
What You Will Do:
- Lead customer support activities.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain in managing production deliveries to meet customer schedule requirements.
- Represent the Program to company senior leadership, managing and reporting on-time delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead employees, in a matrix organization, assigned the program from manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and contracts areas.
- Support and organize program reviews, team meetings, and other regular business activities.
- Manage and status financial sales plan specific to programmatic deliveries.
- Responsible for the business performance of assigned programs and customers including operational performance, sales, EBIT, and cost reduction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material.
- Manage and communicate spares deliveries inside and out of company.
- Manage and communicate demand and orders into the spares value stream.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Current or prior management or supervision experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in Program Management in the Aerospace industry
- Experience working on military programs (Maintenance, publications, supervision, analysis, or engineering)

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Leadership, critical thinking, business discernment, innovation, collaboration, written & verbal communication, presentation, analytical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, attention to detail.
- Knowledge of legacy Propeller Systems products
- The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a key to success in this position.
- Experience with military contracts and customers
- Proficient at Microsoft office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge and experience required.
- Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
