Executive Director of Portfolio Management supports the OED Enterprise Portfolio Management team to vet, plan, execute and report progress on the corporate initiative portfolio. This role will play a key role in the unified PMO construct and internal investment governance model enabling operational excellence. The Exec DIR Portfolio Management proactively collaborates with Parexel internal project teams and others involved in the definition and delivery of the initiatives/investments.
General areas of responsibility include: support of project approval governance (inclusive of Governance Board review, PCR management and technology lifecycle alignment); support of portfolio prioritization; support of business case development (change requests and net new investment requests); support of portfolio health management & reporting; preparation and presentation of materials or internal meetings; management of communication between internal stakeholders.
The Exec Director Portfolio Management will contribute to the creation and improvement of templates, processes and systems for the governance of internal investments at Parexel.
The Enterprise Portfolio Management team serves under the Operational Excellence & Delivery Office, the execution and oversight body that ensures delivery of strategic priorities, drives operational excellence, delivers ROI and builds capabilities across the business.
