Change Management Project Analyst

Job Type Full-time Description

 The purpose of this job is to perform functions related to IST and UAT testing of FSA requirements to ensure the compliance with the USDS contract. 

Requirements

  

• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by building professional relationships with coworkers and management and communicating professionally with customers and clients. 
• Be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring scheduled goals are met. 
• Understanding of the change request (CR) life cycle and tasks associated with each stage. 
• Communication via email and Teams with system provider, and internal business units throughout the CR life cycle. 
• Development and finalization of documents critical to IST (inner system testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing) artifacts.
• Understanding and identifying data needs for changes being made to core system processes.
• Communicating with business units how upcoming changes will be technically implemented when needed.
• Building comprehensive test plans for processes and maintaining as changes occur.
• Working with system provider to review and approve data remediation. 
• Researching possible system issues to determine impact and develop a plan for correction. 
• Responsible for the security of workstation and work area regarding the confidentiality of the data and the systems. 
• Represents the company professionally and responsibly when participating in industry conference calls. 
• Other duties deemed necessary.
