Summary:

Global Atlantic’s industry-leading practice management/value-add Consulting Group is looking for someone with a creative mindset to join their team. The position requires someone with strong graphic design skills capable of building engaging print and digital materials as well as striking PowerPoint presentations. The candidate will also need to be highly organized with solid research and writing skills and a strategic mindset overall for all external and internal team projects.

Responsibilities

• Content design for the GAC team and the Meeting Concierge Service
• Work with the Creative Program Director on PowerPoint projects and PowerPoint updates
• Act as project manager for GAC requests via GAC Consultants and wholesalers
• Work with the GAC Multicultural team to help design and maintain their new Consulting/Coaching platform
• Manage weekly splash updates, chatter announcements, Yammer posts
• Manage all Compliance submissions
• Manage all team bios and annual bio updates
• Act as a liaison to Marketing on all collaboration projects
• Regularly analyzes project workflows to find efficiencies
• Light administration responsibilities for client/partner email requests

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight (8+) years of progressively responsible working in a Portfolio Program Management Office or PMO analyst or PM coordinator role [Huh?]
• Critical thinker and effective communicator.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functional
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly, capable to pivot and focus on competing initiatives, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Team player with a positive attitude, flexible and a focus on business issues and outcomes
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite skills

Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office. 

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives.  Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. 

The base salary range for this role is$60,000—$114,000 USD
