Manager, Employee and Executive Communications

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

·                Support the execution of communication plans for key corporate functions projects and strategic initiatives.

·                Contribute to internal communication efforts to engage all employees, aligning them with company objectives and mission.

·                Collaborate with team members globally on diverse communication projects and campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging.

·                Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·                Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to support innovative and impactful communication strategies.

·                Seek mentorship and professional development opportunities within the team to foster continuous growth.

Basic Qualifications:

·                Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

·                Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing or communications.

·                Skilled in data analysis and communication strategy development.

·                Proactive learner with a commitment to staying updated on industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

·                An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

·                Basic working knowledge of social media platforms.

·                Certifications in data analytics, communication, or related areas are an advantage.

·                Ability to craft compelling messaging across internal channels.

·                Experience building presentations and leveraging multi-channel communication tactics.

·                Professional presence with an eye for detail and a commitment to representing DXC’s values and ethics.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
