Job Summary:
Securin  is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of Offensive Security and SOC Analysts. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cybersecurity concepts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide team members in their professional development. This role requires balancing technical oversight, mentorship, and operational efficiency to ensure the success of team initiatives and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on offensive security and security operations.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages learning and innovation.

Project Oversight:

• Coordinate offensive security assessments and SOC monitoring efforts.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to align team activities with organizational goals.

Technical Guidance:

• Guide the team in identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigations.
• Support the integration of threat intelligence into both offensive security and SOC workflows.
• Review and refine technical reports and documentation produced by the team.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance team workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of automation and custom tools to streamline operations.
