Corp Mgr, FlexStaff

Manages the staff and activities in support of FlexStaff. Selects, develops, trains and evaluates assigned staff. Ensure performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.

• Coordinates team activities for all open orders. Sets priorities, communicates progress, and ensures goals and objectives are met.
  Reviews, recommends and implements approved work-flow changes.
  Manages assigned client base/ portfolio lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment of contingent staffing needs.
  Oversees applicant sourcing, screening, interview, testing and placement assessment.
  Builds and maintains talent pipeline and ensures alignment with client needs. Implements sourcing strategies and search agents for niche jobs, as necessary.
  Maintains client profiles, identifies changes and monitors ongoing staffing needs. Ensures clients  needs are met and works to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  Monitors and reports on key performance metrics, ensuring Flex Staff meets established performance standards.
  Ensures compliance with operational and regulatory standards including The Joint Commission, CMS, IHI, CAP and Federal and NYS employment laws.
  Performs related duties, as required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in a related field, required.
  Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a staffing agency or as a Nurse Mgr with hiring responsibility, required, in a corporate recruiting environment, preferred.
  Working knowledge of Taleo, PeopleSoft or related HR software and Microsoft applications and related reporting tools, required.
  Strong project management skills, required.
  Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively with all levels of the organization, required.
