You’ll own execution of the product roadmap and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, ensuring the solution evolves to meet market needs, regulatory expectations, and business goals.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with a Senior Product Manager who defines product vision and long‑term strategy. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineering, design, and business analysts to deliver a cohesive, revenue‑generating solution that empowers businesses to manage cards, control spend, access reporting, and administer users effectively.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with agile teams to execute a multi‑year product roadmap

  • Translate market knowledge, customer insights, and industry trends into actionable epics, features, and release priorities

  • Stay current on user experience trends, customer pain points, and regulatory expectations to drive continuous product improvement

  • Gather and synthesize insights from analytics, client feedback, and pilot or beta programs

  • Partner with product owners and technology leads to ensure features are well‑defined and meet acceptance criteria

  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, user experience, shared services, and subject matter experts

  • Support platform modernization and delivery of new capabilities such as virtual cards, enriched data, and mobile enhancements

  • Monitor key performance indicators including usage, revenue, client satisfaction, and operational performance

  • Ensure audit trails, reporting tools, and administrative controls support financial institution compliance needs

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing digital products, preferably in financial services, payments, or card‑related solutions

  • Strong understanding of digital user experiences and card products or programs

  • Ability to translate market and customer needs into clear, executable product solutions

  • Proven ability to define priorities, drive execution, and coordinate across multiple teams

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data‑driven decisions in ambiguous environments

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, mobile applications, payment flows, and authorization processes

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with business or commercial credit card programs

  • Exposure to virtual cards, alerts, expense management workflows, or fraud insights

  • Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions
