Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes

Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods
-
Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas
-
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
-
Prepare regular inventory reports for management
-
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
-
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field
-
Proven experience in leading and managing a team
-
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
-
Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
-
Supervise a team of inventory associates.

Experience with cycle counting or other inventory control methods
-
Familiarity with quality control procedures
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
-
Experience working in a regulated environment, such as food or pharmaceuticals
-
Fluent in English (oral and written)

Strong computer skills"
For this position, the expected base pay range is $22.25 – $27.27 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
