About the role
cFocus Software seeks a Senior Trainer/Outreacher to join our program supporting DHS in Washington, DC, Capital Heights, MD, and Springfield, VA. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of specialized training experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Active Security+CE certification.
- Develops, designs, and delivers presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes according to client requirements.
- Perform customer outreach by answering questions, troubleshooting technical problems, delivering technical demonstrations, communicating technical geospatial information to the Homeland Security community, and researching information as requested.
- In addition to the above requirements, develops training plans, regiments, and other training course work to standardize tradecraft and skillset competencies across the homeland security enterprise.
- Develops and leads tabletop, functional, and other types of exercises to validate processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Provides guidance and work leadership to junior staff.
