Sr. Financial Analyst - Aftermarket (m/f/d)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIREMENTS
1. Support in reporting current results for a given financial period for the Aftermarket area,
2. Preparation of forecasts for subsequent periods and budgeting for the Aftermarket area,
3. Support in developing tools and methods of cost analysis,
4. Participation in the analysis of financial results - performed and forecasted dedicated to Aftermarket,
5. Timely preparation of necessary reports and summaries,
6. Implementation of tasks related to the reporting of current results (including sales analyzes; monthly deviation analyzes; analyzes of deviations between current and forecasted results, etc.).
7. Support in the financial closing of the month (preparation of necessary data - e.g. calculation of provisions, profitability statements, cost statements, etc.)
8. Cooperation with various departments in the scope resulting from the tasks performed - support in timely analysis, control, planning and financial budgeting, analyzes supporting cost control and reduction, other financial or efficiency-related analyzes, etc.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. 5 years of experience in the field of controlling, financial analysis, accounting,
2. Higher education in finance or accounting,
3. Good knowledge of accounting principles, knowledge of finance, controlling and managing a production company,
4. Good ability to use MS Office (MS Excel in particular), knowledge of SAP is appreciated,
5. High interpersonal skills (communication, cooperation and attitude "I can do it"),
6. Focus on goals, good organization of own work, effectiveness in action, ability to solve problems, independence in action, analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure,
7. Readiness for business trips, and cooperation with Polish and foreign teams,
8. Knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in speech and writing (knowledge of the German language will be an advantage).
