Manager Strategy and Strategic Projects (m/f/d)

<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities / Tasks</b></p><p><b>As part of our Strategy Team you will play an integral role in realizing our growth ambitions in the Heating and Refrigeration Technologies division.</b></p><p></p><p>GEA Heating &amp; Refrigeration Technologies is a global specialist in industrial refrigeration, large scale heat pumps and sustainable engineering solutions for a wide array of industries including, food, beverage, dairy and energy markets.</p><p></p><p>You will report to the VP Strategy and Business Development of the Heating and Refrigeration Technology Division. Your tasks include:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Manage strategy and strategic projects in Germany or abroad such as e.g. strategy development and implementation, operational improvement or M&amp;A projects</p></li><li><p>Close cooperation with diverse stakeholders in and outside Heating and Refrigeration Technologies, such as e.g. business management and finance</p></li><li><p>Support local management teams in implementing the agreed strategy and monitor / present progress to the VP Strategy or the management board of the Heating and Refrigeration Technologies division</p></li><li><p>Management / steering of other special projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Profile / Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Successful completion of a university degree (ideally master’s degree) in business, economics or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on strategy / finance</p></li><li><p>Several years of relevant experience preferably in a strategy consulting role or similar function within an international setting</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in project management</p></li><li><p>Further benefit: experience in systemic organizational development and / or quality management</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and analyses complex situations and draw accurate conclusions to provide recommendations for further action</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>Proactive individual that enjoys working independently with limited guidance</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German language; further languages desirable</p></li><li><p>Strong team player that can work with a broad variety of individuals across different cultures</p></li><li><p>Willingness to occasionally travel internationally</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>We Offer:</b></p><ul><li><p>Interesting and exciting tasks in a great team and purpose driven corporate culture</p></li><li><p>Hybrid working model</p></li><li><p>Attractive development and promotion opportunities</p></li><li><p>Working in an international company</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary and additional benefits</p></li><li><p>30 days of vacation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Did we spark your interest?</b><br/>Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.</span></p>
