Valuing our people is what makes us one global team, with our colleagues’ safety at the heart of our organization.    <br/>Sponsored projects devoted to developing new performance improvements features, together with presales site specific tailoring of the wind turbines are demanding many load calculations in order to cover the demand.</p><p><br/>How to contribute to our vision</p><p><br/>•    Responsible for BOP execution at site<br/>•    Manage BOP Site Team, BOP subcontractors and other stakeholders within the BOP scope<br/>•    Manage, in coordination with COG and BOP PM, procurement procedures and contracts for BOP Package<br/>•    Be accountable together with BOP PM for BOP Budget, Forecast and coordination of the project<br/>•    Responsible for safe execution of the BOP scope of the projects within the timeframe and budget according to the contract and PM@SGRE’ principles<br/>•    Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract and SGRE HSE requirements<br/>•    Accountable and overall responsible for the implementation of the HSE Plan on BOP site<br/>•    Ensure compliance with contract and SGRE Quality requirements<br/>•    Guarantee best coordination of site personnel for a cost-efficient execution<br/>•    Responsible for the sourcing of competent resources (personnel &amp; tools) for all site BOP works<br/>•    Coordinate with CNS and LOG site project team for the delivery of the BOP scope<br/>•    Establish good relationships with customer, landowners and local community<br/>•    Ensure data collection for reporting from site is done in standard systems and predefined processes<br/>•    Responsible for preparation and facilitation of the final Handover of BOP deliverables to SE and customer<br/>•    Ensure the correct application and capture of Learnings</p><p></p><p>What you need to make a difference</p><p><br/>Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
