We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The Electric Transmission System Protection Field Operations team is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team to help us improve and manage our internal processes, develop data tracking systems, PowerBI dashboards, and related administrative tasks. This is an exciting time to join our team as we are growing to meet the challenge of industry-leading projects and initiatives like interconnecting 5000 MW of solar generation in the next 5 years, the first utility-owned offshore wind project in United States federal waters off the Atlantic coast, STATCOMS, IEC-61850, the largest data center load growth in the world, and Net-Zero Carbon by 2050.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and support business tools and processes that measure organizational bandwidth of the ET Field Operations Team
- Develop and support a system to track and maintain fleet vehicle assignments, vehicle orders, retirements, and other related data
- Use Microsoft Office Programs to create spreadsheets, develop written documents, document processes, and develop graphics for presentations to allow the team to report out at any time
- Develop and support a business tool that documents and tracks ratings of field contractors
- Identify and implement ways to streamline existing group processes to reduce administrative workload on the group
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Business Process Analyst: Minimum 3 years of experience with a preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 5+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 7+ years with HS/GED).
Senior Business Process Analyst: Minimum 5 years of experience with a preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 7+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 9+ years with HS/GED).
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate multiple projects or assignments simultaneously
- Experience participating in projects driving software deployments and project management tools
- Experience applying project management principles to lead new initiatives
- Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision
- Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
