Summary
The Senior Analyst - Used Car Business position supports the development and execution of the used car business strategy, including wholesale, export, and auction channels. The role is responsible for assisting in performance tracking, preparing internal reports, maintaining compliance-related documentation (e.g., wholesale license), and supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of business plans. This role requires a self-starter who works independently, and this position will require a high level of communication with remote employees, peers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities
• Assist in managing regular data updates and dashboards for wholesale, export, and auction performance
◦ Prepare routine internal reports and support business review meetings and decision making, for both Glovis America and Glovis Korea HQ
◦ Provide administrative support in maintaining documentation for compliance, licenses, and operational records
◦ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of required reports
◦ Assist in compiling materials for short-, mid-, and long-term business planning, based on guidance from management
◦ Track KPIs and align progress updates with strategic targets
◦ Help monitor ongoing initiatives by maintaining action logs and tracking follow-ups
• Support the auto auction subsidiary by coordinating requests and facilitating communication with internal corporate teams
◦ Assist in preparing materials and documentation for strategic partner meetings or new project initiatives
◦ Conduct basic research and summarize market trends or regulatory changes that could impact the used car business
◦ Facilitate cross-functional coordination for one-off or special projects across legal, finance, or IT
◦ Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range

$54,000-$59,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Automotive Titling, Automotive Auction, or Wholesale Required
• 4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience in Automotive Titling, Automotive Auction, or Wholesale Preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required
