We’re a multinational community of professionals, primarily based in Finland, and we operate in a hybrid work model.</p><p></p><p><b>How We Work:</b></p><p>Digital channel development plays a key role in executing Finnair’s strategy. We prioritize initiatives in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, always keeping the customer at the center.</p><p></p><p>We use OKRs to clarify direction and measure impact. Our environment is dynamic, and we apply agile frameworks and practices that best suit our needs.</p><p>Each squad owns its solutions end-to-end—from ideation to monitoring and operating production systems.
