That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.  </p> <p> </p> <p>This role is located in Wroclaw with a possibility to work in hybrid model 3 days from home.<br/> <br/> Your role: </p> <p> </p> <p>As Business Process Expert ERP Deployment within the MBS Global Process Organization Indirect Tax, you perform all indirect tax related operative activities for A2R processes in ERP deployment projects as required. You will also support cross-functional project members with A2R expertise and create documentations and instructions, including to support “completion status” regarding issues. In addition, and in close alignment with the respective ERP deployment project manager, you coordinate and plan all day-to-day project activities like in SAP-template set-up and subsequent roll-outs. The position is part of the Finance organization; however, you will closely collaborate with IT teams. Associated to your role, you engage in autodidactic learning to maintain your professional knowledge of global as well as local business processes within your responsibility. Furthermore, you leverage your expertise to continuously improve processes towards standardization and harmonization to further increase efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p>Who you are:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in accounting; preferably in combination with tax.</li> <li>6+ years of provenl work experience in processes related to value added tax, indirect taxes &amp; accounting; operative knowledge in SAP.</li> <li>Proven track of record in supporting projects (implementation, process &amp; data migration testing) ideally in full life cycle of SAP module FI and of a tax engine.</li> <li>Deep understanding of operational indirect tax-, VAT-aspects and their legal requirements given by country tax authorities.</li> <li>Analytical, conceptual &amp; problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong team-player with experiences in international work environment.</li> <li>Excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.</li> <li>Flexibility &amp; willingness for regular business trips – around 15% per year.</li> </ul> <p><br/> Information on how we process your personal data for recruitment purposes, you can find on the registration form in our Recruitment Portal.</p> <p><br/> What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
