For this remote role, we’re looking for someone in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure sufficient collaboration time with current team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, Philippians, and India.

We’re looking for a seasoned Performance Enablement Talent leader to support our Performance Management Team within Talent. 

We seek a dynamic individual who thrives on developing both people and products. This hands-on role requires a candidate capable of strategic thinking and seeing the big picture, as well as diving into the intricacies to refine and perfect the details. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to excel at delivering impact through others and be able to deliver impact yourself. 

This talent leader will sit within the Talent Management pillar of our Talent Team and report to the Head of Performance Management. You’ll work closely with Talent Partners, HRBPs, customers, and stakeholders to develop and continuously improve impactful solutions across the organization.

Training and Enablement

  • Design and deliver dynamic live and async learning experiences for managers and employees on performance management best practices and skills.

  • Create learning resources such as guides, toolkits, templates, and training materials to support performance management processes.

  • Integrate performance management into broader learning & development programs in partnership with L&D team.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop and maintain a library of engaging, informative, and effective performance management resources and training materials in partnership with a learning designer

  • Maintain and update performance management content to ensure it is fully accessible, inclusive, current, and relevant.

Change Management

  • Lead change management initiatives related to performance management practices and processes.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive effective adoption of new processes.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.

Communication

  • Draft performance management program communications including updates, blog posts, and announcements tailored to audience

  • Partner with internal communications team 

  • Serve as a key point of contact for performance management-related inquiries from HRBPs, managers, and employees.

Performance Management Cycle Support

  • Collaborate with the Performance Management team and HRBPs to ensure a successful performance cycle.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the performance management process.

  • Analyze performance management data and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement of enablement

Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead special projects and initiatives related to performance management.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with stakeholders to gather insights and improve performance management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR role.

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and change management.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training experiences and resources.

  • Experience with instructional design best practices

  • Proven experience managing complex projects and driving change initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
