This role will be part of an established Structural Assessment group and will work with various transportation clients and projects. In this role, you'll be involved in self-performing and directing project teams, conduct bridge inspections, prepare field inspection reports, and determine load capacity ratings.&nbsp; Your responsibilities will extend to playing a crucial role in nurturing client relationships as well as mentoring staff.&nbsp; Other duties involve providing support in the planning and design of related structural repairs. &nbsp;</p> <h5>Location</h5> <p>This position supports a flexible hybrid work model, with a primary emphasis on in-office collaboration.&nbsp; This position will require travel and will be based in any of our Colorado offices - Denver, CO or Johnstown, CO.&nbsp; <strong>Remote opportunities for the right candidate are available.</strong></p> <h5>The Impact You Will Have</h5> <ul> <li>Collaborate with local management to strategize and implement project pursuits and delivery efforts.</li> <li>Devise and implement strategies for capturing project opportunities, including teaming arrangements and strategic positioning, while identifying necessary staff resources for successful project acquisition and delivery.</li> <li>Build and nurture relationships with both external and internal clients.</li> <li>Supervise and guide staff to execute bridge inspection services and engineering support including
