As our Product Owner, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Lead agile teams as the Product Owner
- Develop and communicate product goals aligned with strategic directions
- Prepare and prioritize product backlog items
- Break down features into user stories
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of product increments
- Manage dependencies with other Product Owners, Product Managers, and Architects
- Participate in system demos, PO syncs, and PI planning meetings
- Contribute to roadmap and management information reporting
Your Experience and Background include:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software products
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience working with SDKs for embedded platforms, desktop and mobile apps, and cloud APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a background in software, firmware and/or hardware. Alternatively related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
