The Role

You will contribute to making real Kantox's product vision, which is co-established with the founders.

The product team translates this high-level vision into product requirements and prioritizes features in close collaboration with the engineering team and other stakeholders, ensuring that the new features are implemented correctly and that our product stands out in our competitive landscape.

Each Product Owner is responsible and accountable for his/her product/features; he/she has to be enthusiastic about it and make it shine by providing internal training and content for external communication.

Responsibilities

Be a member of the Kantox Liquidity Squad to drive impactful results while aligning with the company’s vision and strategic goals. As a key contributor, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and Sales to gather requirements and transform them into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables.
• Maintain open communication and foster transparency by consistently updating stakeholders on progress, while ensuring priorities remain focused and up to date.
• Liaise with partners and third parties, building strong relationships to facilitate seamless collaboration.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and standards in the Corporate Payments Industry to ensure market relevance and innovation.

This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to bridge technical and business needs effectively

Who you are:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, ...
• 3 years of experience in product or project management/consulting in Tech
• Solid understanding of concepts related to business finance and FX markets
• Project management skills
• Strong data-driven, quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Appetite for quantitative methods (+ familiar with Excel's basic formulas)
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, operations and compliance, to ensure seamless and timely delivery
• Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure
• Stay up-to-date with Fintech industry trends and regulations to have the required knowledge to keep Kantox ahead of the competition
• Identify and assess KPIs for product success, ensuring product features align with business objectives

Bonus points if knowledgeable about/experience with:

• banking and/or fintech payments’ systems
• building dashboards / Data visualization tools
