Senior Project Manager (contract/contract to hire)

This individual will function as a hybrid leader—operating with the gravitas of a client executive while also being hands-on in execution.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, navigates complex stakeholder environments with ease, and communicates with clarity and confidence at the executive level. With a strong background in perioperative care and surgical workflows, they will oversee client engagements, coordinate internal teams, and ensure delivery of innovative surgical intelligence and analytics solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead complex client-facing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executives at client organizations, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Drive internal coordination across cross-functional teams (clinical, product, engineering, operations) in a highly dynamic environment.
• Translate surgical and perioperative workflow knowledge into actionable project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and client communication.
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting, including progress updates, performance metrics, and strategic      recommendations.
• Manage scope, budget, and timeline while balancing startup resource constraints and evolving priorities.
• Roll up your sleeves to execute project deliverables when needed, while also guiding and mentoring others.
• Support adoption and change management efforts for clients leveraging surgical intelligence, video-based analytics, and performance insights.
