Senior Business Analyst

TechFlow, Inc. is hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a Digital Transformation project by providing knowledgeable and innovative insights into technology products or services across all Information Technology (IT) portfolios, strengthening cybersecurity, IT acquisition, IT security, executive oversight, and promoting the use and deployment of best of breed technologies using a unified framework for collectively managing IT investments. This hands-on customer service position will facilitate the operations and development team activities including back-office testing, development, and operations and maintenance for new systems and related upgrades to help ensure the integrity of cloud-based hosting infrastructure for tenants. If you are detail-oriented and have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with direct experience in IT application modernization and migration, Azure Cloud, Agile Scrum, and Kanban, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Reviews Memorandum of Understanding Agreements (MOA) requirement to lead cloud engineering teams in execution of system migration of information systems within AWS/Azure.

• Develops understanding of business requirements and accurately translates into system requirements
• Develops SOPs, Procedures and Work Aids to better aid the migration of information systems
• Uses problem-solving, and critical thinking skills combined with situational awareness and adaptability to achieve success under challenging circumstances
• Responds directly to customer issues and provides excellent customer service verbally and in writing
• Generates and distributes reports to various teammates
• Provides administrative support such as recording meeting minutes for the customer and internal meetings as needed
• Works autonomously and provides project leadership to Cloud Engineering staff

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs
• Must possess the ability to quickly develop a working understanding of the applicable technology stack in use by customer system in order to best execute cloud migration from an infrastructure platform perspective
• Must possess advanced analytics skills
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the following: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, MS Office products, Atlassian (including, but not limited to Jira/Confluence)
• Experience working with customers in the AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platform

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• CAPM/PMP
• Cloud Data Migration Experience
• Hands on JIRA expertise as an expert end-user
