About the role:
The Executive Administrator at Pear VC in Menlo Park, CA, provides essential administrative support to two Founding Managing Partners ("GPs"). This role focuses on strategic calendar management, meeting preparation, relationship management, travel coordination, and project and event coordination. The Executive Administrator represents the firm both internally and externally with a positive attitude and a "no job too small" approach. Regular office commute is required when the GPs are not traveling.
Responsibilities:
Strategically manage the GPs' calendar, coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events with prioritization and adaptability.
Interact with internal teams, CEOs, VCs, and other high-level executives, maintaining existing relationships with savvy and respect.
Coordinate the gathering and preparation of materials for meetings, calls, and events.
Plan travel itineraries based on preferences and adjust as needed considering calendar demands.
Plan and coordinate dinners, meals, and other ad hoc events, overseeing all logistics.
Utilize technology tools efficiently and with attention to detail.
Track and complete expense reports and reimbursements.
Assist with staffing company events, occasionally outside of regular work hours.
Manage the GPs' inbox.
Demonstrate strong online research skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Service-driven with a "no job too small" work ethic.
Knowledge of core tools such as G-Suite, Notion, Affinity, Airtable, and Slack is a plus.
Familiarity with VC or start-up culture is a plus.
