Director of Structured Products & Investment Strategy

If you’re energized by building what doesn’t exist yet and leading the charge in a rapidly growing platform, this is the opportunity for you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 full days in our San Francisco, CA office.&nbsp;</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, structuring, and launch of new investment products across residential real estate credit markets, ensuring alignment with investor objectives and regulatory requirements.<br><br></li> <li>Build and manage a product roadmap supporting institutional and retail strategies within ABS, RMBS, and CMBS markets.<br><br></li> <li>Own the strategy and implementation of risk management frameworks, portfolio analytics systems, and operational infrastructure.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver scalable, automated tools that enhance modeling, reporting, and workflow efficiency.<br><br></li> <li>Develop compelling product materials, investment narratives, and market insights to support Distribution and investor engagement.<br><br></li> <li>Participate directly in investor meetings, diligence sessions, and fundraising conversations.<br><br></li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Legal, and Distribution to ensure seamless product execution and ongoing oversight.<br><br></li> <li>Work closely with Mortgage Origination to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality deals aligned with product and portfolio goals.<br><br></li> <li>Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and innovation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–10+ years of professional experience in financial services, with a strong background in structured credit, investment management, or fixed income markets.<br><br></li> <li>Hands-on experience as a Portfolio Manager, Trader, or Investment Product Lead with exposure to ABS, RMBS, or CMBS.<br><br></li> <li>Proven ability to
