We’re looking for a data oriented, big picture visionary to join our Operations PMO team as the Operations PMO Manager. In this role you will help support cross-functional initiatives across Thirty Madison and on behalf of the strategy and operations team. You bring a focus on relationship building, informing leadership, process creation and improvement, as well as detail-orientation to instrumental projects across the organization. This Operations PMO Manager will oversee portfolio management and help to scope projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget - and with the appropriate focus on quality patient experience and care. They will work closely with Operations, Tech and BU teams across Thirty Madison. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

• The base pay range for this position is $102,400-140,800 per year **

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day

• Ensures collaboration and organizational support for the implementation of the operational plan.
• Plans and organizes weekly and monthly agendas, collaborating with team members to cover program updates during executive reviews and facilitates timely decision-making
• Operates within a matrix structure to identify and resolve programmatic issues, proactively assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and convey program status and issues to governance bodies and management teams
• Reviews progress data for various projects and communicates updates clearly to involved stakeholders
• Work closely with team members and functional managers to ensure the alignment of project and functional objectives, aiming for the attainment of project milestones and timelines
• Manages day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risks, and issues, while also developing and presenting project status reports and updates to the organization and senior management
• Provide oversight to establish critical paths, milestones, delivery dates, and review project results to ensure they meet success criteria
• Skillfully fosters consensus and agreement among team members across the organization
• Executes project close-out steps, including identifying lessons learned and standard methodologies to enhance the success of future projects
• Drives decision-making and issues resolution within the team and through the governance process

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with program management, operations, or project execution
• Demonstrated experience in building meaningful relationships and cultivating cross-functional partnerships, leading through influence
• Ability to lead, document, and implement initiatives that may cross over into other business groups outside of the Operations department
• Strong program management, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

• PMP certification
