Overview:
The W-TRS Manager, Enterprise Data, Communications, & Information is responsible for coordinating assured information access across the global W -TRS enterprise, including hardware, software, and services, runs and maintains the program enterprise processes and networks for data and communications, including: data centers, and interfaces, manages end user experiences, and ensures cybersecurity across a zero-trust multi-domain enterprise within statute, regulation, program contract, and V2X corporate policies. This responsibility includes management of data and network personnel, regional data and communications infrastructure, comprehensive documentation of the enterprise solution, systems, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program Management with focus in data and information management, be familiar with Department of Defense Risk Management Framework and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, and have demonstrated successful experience managing a large, distributed team across multiple time zones. The Program Manager, Enterprise Data, Communications, & Information reports directly to the W-TRS Program Manager and will work closely with the Director, Field Operations, Product Line Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams, Field Operations Regional Managers, and Data and Information support across various operating sites to ensure that assets, services, policies, and documentation are responsive to internal and external stakeholders, including IT staff, end-users, and external auditors. The successful candidate must be a United States citizen, with proof of citizenship and a SECRET clearance. Standard work week is five (5) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day.
Job Description:
*Lead a team that provides global Data, Information, and Communications that enable execution of the W -TRS program.
*Ensure operation, and design/maintain/upgrade the W -TRS Program’s global Enterprise Data, Information, and Communications infrastructure.
*Coordinate the W -TRS program Data, Information, and Communications services and assets within the program and coordinate with the V2X IT enterprise, to include Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification.
*Prepare project execution plans and help identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
*Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget; Coordinate to ensure projects meet technical requirements of the assignment.
*Address challenges and obstacles that arise during multi-site CONUS/OCONUS operations
*Coordinate and maintain internal and external communication with development/user organizations.
*Ensure accountability, compliance, and control all enterprise Data, Information, and Communications assets, to include cyber assurance.
*Manage end user experiences in coordination with Information System team.
*Plan, execute, and continuously ensure cybersecurity of the IT enterprise, assets, and data across a set of internal and external end users.
*Participate in periodic Program Management Reviews (PMR), Internal Program Reviews (IPR), and other key meetings.
*Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company and organizational standards.
*Establish procedures for conducting audits and quality checks on existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information
*Stay current with industry trends and developments in Data, Information, and Communications documentation practices. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in technology, processes, and procedures
*Work closely with Integrated Product Teams to document new systems, maintain or secure Authorities to Operate, implementations, and upgrades throughout their projects’ lifecycles.
*Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders to develop and execute communication action plans to introduce changes to W -TRS Data, Information, and Communications services and facilitate necessary transitions.
