SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next-generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for an eCommerce Analyst to join us in advancing the industry forward. 
The Associate Digital Product Manager is responsible for supporting the product team in the development and launch of new digital products and features, as well as the maintenance of site performance and internal tools. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and site merch, to gather requirements and and execute the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ecommerce/retail landscape and experience with user acceptance testing (UAT). Requirements:·       1-2+ years of experience in a product (or project) management in eCommerce·       1+ years of experience working writing technical requirements within Product Management·       Understanding of basic web development·       Ability to articulate product ideas or features through effective artifacts: documentation, diagrams project plans, storyboards, utilizing Jira, etc.·       Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams·       Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design·       Experience with agile development methodologies·       Experience with UAT·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities:·       Write product specs, tickets, acceptance criteria, and test plans for product improvements and bugs.·       Define, plan and manage the rollout of platform fixes, features and enhancements.·       Understand, create, and format user stories·       Manage backlog maintenance and refinement·       Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)·       Manage product lifecycle day-to-day·       Partner with the development and QA teams to take products from conception to completion·       Identify customer pain points and needs by leading conversations with internal and external stakeholders·       Collaborate and effectively communicate across all functions within the organization·       Provide support to Development, Site Merch, and Data, and Design teams as needed·       Stay up to date on market competition Benefits and Culture·       100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) ·       Kind Body Fertility Benefits   ·       401(k) savings plan with up to 4% match ·       Unlimited PTO  ·       Full Access to LinkedIn learning ·       Employee Discounts   Perks (HQ Location)·       Free weekly catered lunch at HQ – M/W/Th  ·       Dog-Friendly office  ·       Free Swag Giveaways  ·       Annual Holiday Party  ·       Annual Summer Party  ·       Invitations to pop-ups and other company events  ·       Complimentary daily office snacks and beverages   SKIMS is committed to continuously creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates, reflective of the rich diversity of the communities we serve.
