As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Client Care organization, you will be based Pittsburgh, PA or anywhere with the PNC footprint.

Candidates with any paralegal/legal documentation review experience and/or banking/treasury management experience are preferred for this role.

As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist, you will:
• Act as the primary point of contact for Treasury Management documentation review and approval process, client incident letters, non-standard resolutions, name changes, as well as, other documentation requests.
• Provide feedback to Legal and Product in periodic meetings to improve customer experience, as well as, escalate issues outside of this role's scope of responsibility to legal as necessary.
• Ensure internal desktop procedures and Sharepoint site(s) are up to date.
• Make on-going recommendations to improve efficiencies in client onboarding (including account opening process , DACA process, and management of the Treasury Management documentation review mailbox) and accelerating revenue.
• Assist with daily and monthly internal QA processes for Treasury Management Client Care on-boarding, KYC, etc.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
